4 .   Objections, if any                      –    1 to 6 mths to overcome depending on nature

5 .   Publication Period                    –    2 mths

6 .   Oppositions, if any                   –    proceedings may extend up to 2 yrs

7 .   Registration                                –    end of Publication Period
