Note for Singapore Trademark Application – Specification of Goods & Services

Applicants who file an item that is not pre-accepted by the Singapore Trademarks Registry will have to pay additional official fees. Singapore adopts the International Classification of Goods & Services under the 11th NICE Agreement, which is a good starting point to select items from. For items which are not found therein, we will propose suitable amendments to the specifications that are acceptable by the Registry.
